Lee Kim Han said the items were no longer in his car after he went to reclaim his car from a storeyard in Sungai Serai near Kajang.
Relating the incident to MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Michael Chong, Lee said the whole episode had started on Wednesday when he was stopped by a man driving a taxi outside Pudu Plaza in Pudu. The man had produced a letter and asked him to hand over the car.
An argument ensued as Lee refused to do so.
Lee said the man threatened to knock him down him with the taxi.
Lee then allowed the man to repossesss the car.
The next day, Lee paid up the arrears and went to take his car at a storeyard.
Upon checking the car, Lee claimed several items, including a Smart Tag, Touch n Go card, a DVD player and other musical and sound system appliances were missing.
Chong said he has contacted the finance company urging it to conduct an investigation into the case.
Should no action be taken, Chong said he would reveal the name of the finance company.
