Streamyx! You are Really Sucks and Sucks!

Do you think this is fair to Malaysian users. We have to bear and have to act to get better service (not good cos, jangan haraplah), need to chase., call and listen to the answering machine to press button and have to go through this idiot procedure just to talk to human-beings. What the hell, this customer-service is all about, having to follow-up, hold on, hold off, hold on and so on. Hoi.. TMnet, you think I don;t have to pay my phone bills talking to you to get your problem solve for me?
Now, the technical department officer is telling me that the configuration at my area is causing the problem. What! I have to report than only you know ah? Tak buat rountine check kah? Damm lame excuses lah.

This is what I wrote when my line is fxxxxxxxx slow.
