It was raining heavily this evening at 5pm. I stopped a taxi and had difficulties in pressing myself into the taxi and squeezing my wet umbrella into the car. I directed him the way to my house which is only 10 minutes walking distance.
It is because of the rain that I have to take a cap home. Wow.. he has done something to the meter. Normally when I reached home using the same route the meter charge shows RM2.70 and this man's meter shows RM4.80. It's a difference of RM2.10. When I asked him, did he reset the meter when I climbed into his cap, he talked Tamil which I do not understand. WTF, RM5.00 for a very very short journey.
Next time, don't care, no matter which and what climate, when you jump into the taxi, ensure that I check and check the meter FIRST!. I don't mind to practice 'Keep the Change' but don't cheat me, OK?
